This venue is trendy and adaptable, so whether you are hosting a rehearsal dinner or your company’s top performer’s award ceremony, the Patron Platinum Club will accommodate your group – we offer seating for up to 280 guests and offer up to 400 in a standing reception environment. The Patron Platinum Club is open for dining at our signature Chef’s Tables 2 hours prior to the start of each Predator’s home game and also for most concerts –reservations are recommended! Executive Chef, Bridgestone Arena
Meet our Executive Chef, Derek Fulton. Growing up Derek’s likes were animals (especially horses), cooking, sports & politics. Derek learned from a young age what it was like to have the spot light on you watching his grandfather, former Nashville Mayor, Richard Fulton. Derek learned how important it is being a leader & the sacrifices that come with leadership. From 1998 to 2000, Derek attended International Culinary Academy (La Cordon Bleu) in Pittsburgh, PA. There Derek earned an Associate’s Degree in Specialized Culinary Arts. In April 2000, Chef Derek W. Fulton, CEC, was married to Michelle Edgerton. They have 2 daughters, Annabella 11 & Madeleine 7. As for Derek’s Career, including internship, Derek worked at Brentwood Country Club for 3 years, learning under his mentor Chef Dave Beehler. After Brentwood Country Club, Chef Derek W. Fulton, CEC, went to work for Chef’s Market Café & Take Away; the brain child of Jim & Cheryl Hagy. Chef Derek was the Executive Chef of Chef’s Market for 10 years. At Chef’s Market, Derek grew with the company to become Nashville’s Premier Catering Company setting the standards for Nashville. During tenor at Chef’s Market, Derek was very active in the community from judging local cooking competitions to teaching cooking segments at schools & Southern Women’s Conference. Appeared on several cooking segments on T.V. for channels NBC4 & CBS5 in Nashville as well as WBKO13 in Bowling Green Kentucky. Very competitive in culinary community competing in competitions yearly. Wining & placing in Taste of Nashville, Tennessee Pork Producers Taste of Elegance & Our Kids Soup Sunday. As well as awarded best caterer in Nashville, 2nd with In Focus Magazine & Fresh Point Nashville’s Iron Chef Tomato Champion.
After Chef’s Market, Derek went to Sopapilla’s as the Corporate Chef for both locations. While there he was awarded for the company Best Mexican (Taste of Nashville) as well as both Judge’s & People’s favorite in Taste of Hendersonville. After Sopapilla’s, Chef Derek W. Fulton (CEC) worked for M Restaurant & Bar as Executive Chef. Owners Jan & Bernie Strawn have paired him up again with his mentor Chef Dave Beehler. Chef Derek gone back to his roots to help bring wonderful & recognizable elegant southern inspired cuisine. While working for M Restaurant & Bar, Chef Derek was awarded The Liver Foundation Nashville’s Grand Chef during the Flavors of Nashville event in March of 2014. Chef Derek W. Fulton is the Levy Restaurants Executive Chef at the Bridgestone Arena.
