What are box office hours?


Monday – Thursday
10 a.m. – 5 p.m. (CT) On event days we will remain open later, until approximately an hour after event start.

10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Saturday –Sunday
Only open for events. The Box Office will open two hours prior to events starting at 1 p.m. or earlier and at noon for events starting after 1 p.m.

The Box Office will be closed for Independence Day on July 4. Please call to confirm hours around that holiday. 

What time do the doors open?

Doors will open at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the event.

What is the minimum age of a child needing to buy a ticket?

This varies from event to event. For most events the rule is that children who have celebrated their second birthday must purchase a ticket to enter the facility. Children who have not reached their second birthday and will not be occupying a seat do not need to purchase a ticket. Contact our box office for more information.

May I bring a backpack?

Backpacks and large bags are not permitted. All items brought into Bridgestone Arena are subject to a security search.

What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Keep your tickets in a safe place until the event, but if they are lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible. Proof of purchase will be required to receive a lost ticket voucher. On a side note, the sun and heat will severely damage ticket barcodes and printing. Please store in a cool place.

Where should we park? Where is bus parking?

Paid public parking is located all around the arena for $5.00-$10.00, depending on the event. All parking lots are privately owned. If you would like to coordinate bus parking, please call Central Parking at 615-259-3898.

What is the camera and video camera policy?

The camera policy varies from event to event. Contact our box office for more information. Absolutely no video recorders are allowed in the building.

How can I guarantee my tickets will work at the door?

Bridgestone Arena looks forward to having you attend an event with us, however please take precaution when purchasing tickets. Tickets for events may be purchased at the following points of purchase: in person at the Bridgestone Arena Box Office, at a Ticketmaster outlet (i.e. Kroger), by calling Ticketmaster at (800)745-3000, or online via

Bridgestone Arena cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets that are obtained through any third party that is not one of our listed points of purchase.


If you should choose to purchase tickets from a third party, please take note of the following:

  • Admission will be refused if tickets are invalid.
  • Bridgestone Arena will not replace any third party tickets that are lost or stolen.
  • Bridgestone Arena cannot contact you with information in regards to time changes, show cancellations, or other important information so please contact the venue or check our website at
  • You (the patron) will be responsible in contacting the third party if there happens to be an error with your tickets.
  • Bridgestone Arena cannot refund third party tickets. 

Tickets are only good for the event and seat in which they are purchased and cannot be transferred. All patrons of the Bridgestone Arena are required to abide by the events policies and procedures. Tickets may be voided due to the discretion of the Bridgestone Arena staff. Please see our policies for more details.
