BRIDGESTONE ARENA BOX OFFICE INFORMATION

The Bridgestone Arena box office is located just inside the main entrance of Bridgestone Arena at the corner of 5th and Broadway, downtown Nashville. Parking meters along 5th or along Broadway in front of the arena allow for the nearest parking, but there are also a number of downtown surface lots within easy walking distance. Box Office Hours

June 1 - September 3

Monday – Thursday
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. On event days we will remain open later, until approximately an hour after event start.

Friday
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday –Sunday
Only open for events. The Box Office will open 2 hours prior to events starting at 1:00pm or earlier and at Noon for events starting after 1:00pm

Holidays
We may be closed unless there is an event. Please check our box office information line 615.770.2040 to confirm before visiting our box office on a national holiday.

 

Purchasing Tickets

*Ticket sales are not available for purchase at the Box Office window for the first day of an event on sale. They can be purchased at the window any day afterwards or via one of the options below.*

Tickets for Bridgestone Arena events may be purchased:

  • In person at the Bridgestone Arena Box Office
  • Online at www.ticketmaster.com by visiting the specific event page
  • Charge by phone at 1.800.745.3000.
  • There are also (3) Ticketmaster self-serve kiosks located just outside our box office in the main entry which may be used to purchase tickets or print Ticketmaster will call on the day of the event only.

Predators single-game tickets are available through the same options mentioned just above. For season ticket information including full season, partial season, group sales and suite rentals, please visit predators.nhl.com or phone 615.770.2355.

There are no Ticketmaster convenience charges on tickets purchased at Bridgestone Arena Box Office windows.
 

Method of Payment accepted at Box Office

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit cards must be in your name and presented along with a photo ID.

 

ADA/Accessible Tickets

Accessible or special needs seating is available on all levels of the arena. ADA special needs seating may be purchased in person at our box office windows, online at Ticketmaster.com, (click on the wheelchair symbol at upper right of event's purchase page) or by phone at 615-770-2040. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you.

Box Office Will Call

Located just inside the main entrance near the corner of 5th and Broadway. Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster that are held for “Will Call” in your name may be picked up on the day of the event by presenting your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase. We will not release will call tickets to any other party than the purchaser unless they have added an alternate pick up name on the tickets.

If you wish to leave tickets at our box office for another party to claim, there is a $5 charge per envelope assessed at the window when you leave them. This fee is waived for Predators season ticket holders and Bridgestone Arena suite holders.

Secondary Ticket Market

Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent of Bridgestone Arena. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (Scalper, Ticket Broker, eBay, etc) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Children’s Tickets

For all Predators games, concerts and all family shows except Sesame Street Live:
All children who have not reached their 2nd birthday do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. This policy varies for other events.

Sesame Street Live

All children who have not reached their first birthday do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 1 year and older require a ticket to enter.

Note: Although Sesame Street Live is the only Family show exercising their right to lower our building policy of 2 years old before requiring a ticket, other Family shows in the future may choose to do so. Please check event information carefully when purchasing.
