Accessibility

Bridgestone Arena meets all public facility structural and service requirements as set by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Accessible entrances are located at the Nissan Main Entrance, the Nissan SoBro Entrance and at all five entry points in the 6th Avenue Garage. Handicap parking spots are available for purchase within the 6th Avenue Garage. 

Assisted Listening Devices are available at the AT&T Fan Information Center located near Section 103. A photo ID is required as collateral for using the assisted listening device. The ID will be exchanged back for the device when returned.

Sign Interpreters are available upon request. Interpreters must be requested two weeks prior to the event by calling 615-770-2000, selecting Box Office from the menu.

Bridgestone Arena is certified sensory inclusive and has partnered with KultureCity to provide sensory bags or a dedicated sensory room for guests attending events. Please visit AT&T Fan Information Center to check out a bag. Sensory bags include noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads. They are available to all guests at the arena, who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. 

Animals

Animals are not allowed in Bridgestone Arena; however, an exception is made for leashed, harnessed and housebroken service animals. Please be advised Bridgestone Arena reserves the right to exclude service animals which act in “out of control” manners. If the service animal does not fit under your seat you will need to purchase a ticket for the animal.

If a patron plans on bringing a service animal into the venue, we encourage them to contact us as early as possible for potential seating relocation purposes.

Announcements

To place a greeting on the scoreboard during a Nashville Predators game, please submit a request. Note: We do not accept marriage proposal messages. 

Assisted Listening Devices

ATM Locations

Fifth Third Bank ATMs are located at Sections 102 (near main escalators on the outside wall), 118 and 304. 

Baby Changing Facilities

Baby changing tables are located in all public restrooms. Family bathrooms are located outside sections 103, 109, 118 and 312. The Mother’s Lounge is located on the Club Level near Section 213 and features rocking chairs and changing tables. It is unlocked for every show and game held at Bridgestone Arena.

Adults requiring special assistance should visit Vanderbilt Health First Aid Station at Section 111.

Bags

The fastest way to enter Bridgestone Arena is to not bring a bag at all. However, clear, clutch or no bags grant guests access to our Express Lanes. Bags that are made of solid material that fit within the 12-inch-by-12-inch-by-6-inch size requirement will be placed through an X-ray scanner upon entry. Backpacks and large bags are prohibited from Bridgestone Arena. All items brought are subject to a security search. Diaper bags that fit within the guidelines of the approved bags will be permitted.

Banners, Signs and Flags

​Banners and flags are prohibited from being hung or fastened in Bridgestone Arena or on Bridgestone Arena Plazas. For a show’s policy on handheld signs please message @BrdgstoneArena on Twitter. 

  • Signs cannot be distasteful in nature or content
  • Signs cannot obstruct the view of guests
  • Signs cannot be attached to sticks or poles
  • Individual events have the right to revoke this policy without prior notification

Camera Policy

Non-professional, non-flash still photography (disposable, digital or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens) is permitted at most events. For some events, cameras may be prohibited, per the request of the artist. For a show’s policy please call 615-770-2000.

Video or audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, tablets and professional cameras are not permitted inside Bridgestone Arena or on the plazas.

Charging Stations

Charging stations for cell phones and tablets are located at Sections 103 (AT&T Fan Information Center), 309 and 312.

Children Tickets

​For all Nashville Predators games, concerts and all family shows except Sesame Street Live:

All children, who have not reached their second birthday, do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. 

Sesame Street Live:

All children, who have not reached their first birthday, do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 1 year and older require a ticket to enter.

Concessions

An interactive map of every concession stand and restaurant is available within the NHL/Predators App. Open the app, click on the Predators page and scroll down to the Bridgestone Arena button. From there, you'll be able to search for food and beverage options by type and location using the Maps & Amenities button.

Dress Code

Patrons must wear a shirt, shoes, and pants at all times.

Elevators

Elevators servicing all concourse levels are available at Sections 110/Past 215/Dierks Bentley Whiskey Row Smashville/315. An elevator servicing most levels, including the Predators Team Store, is located at Section 117/218. An elevator servicing Lexus Lounge is located in the middle of the Lower Bowl concourse at Section 103, outside of the AT&T Fan Information Center.

Additionally, escalators servicing most levels are available just inside the Nissan Main Entrance near Section 102.

First Aid

Vanderbilt Health First Aid Stations are located at Sections 111 and 312. Trained medical personnel are on staff for every Bridgestone Arena and Bridgestone Arena Plaza event.

Sharps containers are located inside Family Restrooms at Sections 104, 110, 111, 117, 312 and 322.

Guest Relations

AT&T Fan Information Center is located at Sections 103 and 331. 

Intoxicated Guests

Intoxicated Guests are not admitted into Bridgestone Arena or Bridgestone Arena Plazas at any time. If you see an intoxicated person enter Bridgestone Arena or Bridgestone Arena Plazas, please contact building security or Metro Police. Intoxicated Guests are subject to ejection from the event.

Lost & Found

Did you lose something during a visit to Bridgestone Arena? You can report lost items by filling out the form.

Items found before, during or after and event should be turned into the AT&T Fan Information Center. Items will then be turned into security, logged in and kept in the security office.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Proof of purchase will be required to receive a lost ticket voucher.

Map

From the exclusive access of Lexus Lounge or luxury suite to the upscale dining of 501 Club, the premium seating areas at Bridgestone Arena are the premier way to attend a show. Premium seating areas are available for lease or nightly rental options for concerts, events and Nashville Predators hockey games.

Pete & Terry's Tavern

Pete & Terry's Tavern, formerly Tavern '96, is located just outside the Nissan SoBro Entrance at Bridgestone Arena and is a great spot for craft beer, delicious food and sports programming. Visit the Predators website for hours of operation, full menu and parking information.

Predators Team Store

The best way to show your Preds Pride is by visiting the Nashville Predators Team Store at Bridgestone Arena located on 5th Avenue. The store offers a wide-selection of Preds memorabilia, jerseys, t-shirts, and exclusive items.

Prohibited Items

Guests are not permitted to bring the following items to Bridgestone Arena:

  • Animals, with the exception of service animals (see the Animals section)
  • Backpacks
  • Bottles or cans
  • Chains
  • Coolers
  • Camp/folding chairs
  • Drones and any other type of UAV
  • Fireworks
  • Food and drink purchased outside (including alcohol)
  • Frisbees and/or beach balls
  • Gifts (for artists, athletes or event participants)
  • GoPros
  • Grills of any size
  • Heaters of any kind, including, but not limited to propane and electric
  • Hoverboards, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/shoes and wagons
  • Illegal drugs
  • Inflatables including balloons and beach balls
  • Laptops or tablets (unless by a credentialed member of the media)
  • Laser pointers
  • Luggage
  • Noise-making devices, including, but not limited to air horns, sirens, whistles, cowbells, megaphones and any other noise/voice amplification device
  • Poles or sticks of any kind such as flagpoles, broomsticks and selfie sticks
  • Tents, tarps and sleeping bags
  • Two-way radios
  • Video or audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, tablets and professional cameras are not permitted inside Bridgestone Arena or on the plazas.
  • Guests may not carry weapons, firearms, knives, stun guns, pepper spray, mace and/or dangerous devices of any type. No firearms carried by guests are permitted at the arena, with the exception of qualified law enforcement officers who are present at the arena in a non-working function and have notified Bridgestone Arena’s director of security and Metro Police ahead of the event to be properly verified. Without such verification and approval, such off-duty and qualified law enforcement officers will not be permitted to bring such firearm(s) in the arena.
  • Any item deemed to be inappropriate or hazardous by arena security
     

Re-Entry

Generally, Bridgestone Arena prohibits re-entry to all events. Smokers are allowed re-entry access through designated Smoking Sections at Sections 120 and 315.

Strollers

Stroller use is permitted inside Bridgestone Arena, but is restricted to concourse areas. Strollers can be checked in and stored at AT&T Fan Information Center at Section 103.

Smoking Policy

Bridgestone Arena has two smoking areas which do not open until the start of the event:

  • Outside on the Nissan main plaza located near Section 120
  • Outside of Section 315 on the 300 level parking deck

In compliance with Metro Ordinance 10.18.020, Bridgestone Arena is a smoke-free facility, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the public areas of Bridgestone Arena by any guest or employee.

Sharps Containers

Sharps containers are located inside Family Restrooms at Sections 104, 110, 111, 117, 312 and 322.

Uber

Uber is the official rideshare partner of Bridgestone Arena, home to the Nashville Predators, and Nashville's host of sports and entertainment.

  • The designated pickup and dropoff area is located at the corner of 5th Avenue and Demonbreun St. Put your pin there when requesting a ride from the arena.
  • If you can’t find your driver, give them a call and meet on 5th Avenue between Demonbreun St. and Korean Veterans Blvd.

Water Fountains

For your convenience, water fountains are located on all concourse levels throughout the arena.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available upon request at AT&T Fan Information Center located near Section 103. A photo ID is required as collateral for borrowing a wheelchair. The ID will be exchanged back for the wheelchair when returned.

Wifi

“SmashvilleFreeWifi” is a free Wi-Fi network for fans to use during their visits to Bridgestone Arena. 

Connect to the SmashvilleFreeWifi network by searching for the "SmashvilleFreeWifi" SSID in your settings. After connecting to the network, complete the authentication process by submitting your name and email address (if required).

Will Call at the Box Office

Will Call is located just inside the Nissan Main Entrance at Bridgestone Arena (as you enter, on the left side of the box office) near the corner of 5th Avenue and Broadway. Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster, which are held for will call in your name, may be picked up on the day of the event by presenting your photo ID and credit card used to purchase. We will not release will call tickets to any other party than the purchaser unless they have added an alternate pick up name on the tickets.

If you wish to leave tickets at our box office for another party to claim, there is a $5 charge per envelope assessed at the window when you leave them. This fee is waived for Predators Season-Ticket Citizens and Bridgestone Arena suite holders.
