Will Call at the Box Office
Will Call is located just inside the Nissan Main Entrance at Bridgestone Arena (as you enter, on the left side of the box office) near the corner of 5th Ave. and Broadway. Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster, which are held for will call in your name, may be picked up on the day of the event by presenting your photo ID and credit card used to purchase. We will not release will call tickets to any other party than the purchaser unless they have added an alternate pick up name on the tickets.
If you wish to leave tickets at our box office for another party to claim, there is a $5 charge per envelope assessed at the window when you leave them. This fee is waived for Predators Season-Ticket Citizens and Bridgestone Arena suite holders.
Secondary Ticket Market
Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticketing agent of Bridgestone Arena. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
Child Ticket Policy
All children who have not reached their second birthday do not need a ticket for concerts and Predators games, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children two years and older require a ticket to enter. This policy does not apply for some events (including Sesame Street Live, SEC Basketball Tournament). A show's individual event page on our website will indicate the exceptions to our child ticket policy.
