ACCESSIBILITY

ANIMALS
Animals are not allowed in Bridgestone Arena; however, an exception is made for leashed, harnessed and housebroken service animals. Please be advised Bridgestone Arena reserves the right to exclude service animals which act in “out of control” manners. If the service animal does not fit under your seat you will need to purchase a ticket for the animal. Service animals and all affixed equipment are subject to screening upon entry.
If a patron plans on bringing a service animal into the venue, we encourage them to contact us as early as possible for potential seating relocation purposes.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
To place a greeting on the scoreboard during a Nashville Predators game, please submit a request. Note: We do not accept marriage proposal messages.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES
Assisted Listening Devices are available at the Guest Services Center built by Cabinets To Go (near section 103). A photo ID is required as collateral for using the assisted listening device. The ID will be exchanged back for the device when returned.
Sign Interpreters are available upon request. Interpreters must be requested two weeks prior to the event by calling 615-770-2000, selecting Box Office from the menu.
BABY CHANGING TABLES
Baby changing tables are located in all public restrooms. Family restrooms are located on the main concourse outside sections 104, 110, 111, 117, 312 and 322.
The Mother's Lounge is located on the Club Level near Section 213 and features rocking chairs and changing tables. It is available for every event held at Bridgestone Arena.
Adults requiring special assistance should visit First Aid at sections 111 and 312.
BAG POLICY
For enhanced safety and speed of entry, we strongly discourage guests from bringing bags to events. All fans are urged to arrive early and travel light.
If a bag is necessary, the following restrictions and processes apply:
- Backpacks of any size are considered prohibited items and are NOT allowed into the arena.
- Bags that measure larger than 12”x12”x6” are prohibited and are NOT allowed into the arena.
- Bags that measure between 6”x4”x1.5” and 12”x 12”x6” (including clear bags and Nashville Locker Room bags) are subject to x-ray screening and visual inspection.
- Bags that measure smaller than 6” x 4” x 1.5” may proceed through express screening lanes for visual inspection.
- Diaper bags and bags needed for medical reasons are allowed but will be subject to x-ray screening.
- We kindly ask that you reach out to Bridgestone Arena Customer Service (accessibilityservices@powersmgmt.com) 24 hours prior to your event if you want to arrange for additional accommodations before arrival.
Reminder: Patrons with prohibited items will not be permitted entry to the arena. Bridgestone Arena does not provide on-site storage. Guests are asked to plan accordingly and allow for extra time when arriving at Bridgestone Arena.
Exceptions to this bag policy may be made for extenuating circumstances such as medical needs and diaper bags. Please contact Bridgestone Arena if you require additional information or guidance at customerservice@nashvillepredators.com or 615-770-2000.
BANNERS, SIGNS AND FLAGS
Banners and flags are prohibited from being hung or fastened in the Arena. Hand-held signs no larger than 2’x3’ are permitted but must meet the following criteria:
- Signs cannot be obscene or profane in nature or content.
- Signs cannot obstruct the view of guests.
- Signs cannot be attached to sticks or poles.
- No items may be affixed to signs.
- The Arena has the right to revoke this signage policy without prior notification at the request of individual events.
BOX OFFICE
Bridgestone Arena Box Office hours, payment methods and ticket policy is available by visiting the Box Office page.
CAMERA POLICY
The permitted use of cameras varies by event. Small digital cameras may be permitted for certain events. Cameras with professional lenses, flash attachments, GoPros, camcorders, selfie sticks, iPads or other tablets, drones, tripods, bipods and monopods are prohibited at all times. Use of recording devices and video cameras, both audio and visual, are not permitted within the Arena. For a show’s policy please call 615-770-2000.
CHARGING STATIONS
Charging stations for cell phones and tablets are located at Sections 103 (Guest Services Center built by Cabinets To Go), 309 and 312.
ChargeFUZE kiosks are located at Sections 109, 207 & 328. ChargeFUZE is the largest portable charging kiosk provider in the United States. ChargeFUZE charging kiosks dispense portable chargers for you to take at their leisure.
CHILDREN TICKETS
All children, who have not reached their second birthday, do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 2 years and older require a ticket to enter.
CONCESSIONS:
An interactive map of every concession stand and restaurant is available within the NHL/Predators App. Open the app, click on the Predators page and scroll down to the Bridgestone Arena button. From there, you'll be able to search for food and beverage options by type and location using the Maps & Amenities button.

DRESS CODE
Guests entering the Arena must be properly attired, which includes shoes. Proper clothing items must be worn at all times in the Arena. Guests displaying obscene, indecent and/or inappropriate clothing are subject to management discretion and may be prohibited from entering or remaining at the Arena.
ELEVATORS
Elevators servicing all concourse levels are available at Sections 110/Past 215/Dierks Bentley Whiskey Row Smashville/315. An elevator servicing most levels, including the Predators Team Store, is located at Section 117/218. An elevator servicing Lexus Lounge is located in the middle of the Lower Bowl concourse at Section 103, outside of the Guest Services Center built by Cabinets To Go.
Additionally, escalators servicing most levels are available just inside the Nissan Main Entrance near Section 102.
FIRST AID
Vanderbilt first aid centers are located on the main and upper concourse near Section 111 and near Section 311. Trained medical personnel are on site for every ticketed Arena event and are available to those needing assistance.
GUEST RELATIONS
Guest Services Center built by Cabinets To Go is located at section 103 and 331.

- Elevators: public elevators are located at the southwest and east sides of the Arena. The southwest elevator is located next to the 6th Avenue parking garage entrance and is accessible to main, suite, club and upper level concourses. The east elevator accesses all levels except the upper concourse.
- Guest Drop-Off Point: eastbound curb lane of Broadway between 6th & 5thAves.
- Guest Survey: Guests attending Arena events may be asked to complete a voluntary guest survey. The survey is utilized by the Arena to ensure the best possible guest experience.
- Mother’s Lounge: The Arena has a room dedicated to mothers, equipped with changing tables and nursing chairs located on the Club Level near Section 213.
- If applicable, lines for general admission seating start at 8AM on the day of event. The general admission entrance is located to the left of the Nissan Main entrance on the front plaza; corner of Rep. John Lewis Way and Broadway.
- Camping and staying overnight on Arena property is prohibited.
INTOXICATED GUESTS
Guests who are visibly intoxicated or display obvious signs of intoxication may not admitted into the Arena. If you observe or encounter a visibly intoxicated guest or a guest displaying obvious signs of intoxication at the Arena, please contact an Arena security representative and/or a uniformed officer. Visibly and obviously intoxicated guests are subject to ejection from the event.

LOST & FOUND
Did you lose something during a visit to Bridgestone Arena? You can report lost items by filling out the form.
Items found before, during, or after an event should be turned into the Guest Services Center built by Cabinets To Go (near section 103). Items will then be turned into security, logged in and kept for 14 calendar days. Item(s) may be donated to charity or disposed of at the discretion of Arena management if not claimed after such period. The Arena is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
Proof of purchase will be required to receive a lost ticket voucher.

The Mother’s Lounge is located on the Club Level near Section 213 and features rocking chairs and changing tables. It is unlocked for every show and game held at Bridgestone Arena.

From the exclusive access of Lexus Lounge or luxury suite to the upscale dining of EuroStone Club, the premium seating areas at Bridgestone Arena are the premier way to attend a show. PETE & TERRY'S TAVERN
Pete & Terry's Tavern, formerly Tavern '96, is located just outside the Nissan SoBro Entrance at Bridgestone Arena and is a great spot for craft beer, delicious food and sports programming. Visit the Predators website for hours of operation, full menu and parking information.
PREDATORS TEAM STORE
The best way to show your Preds Pride is by visiting the Nashville Predators Team Store at Bridgestone Arena located on 5th Avenue. The store offers a wide-selection of Preds memorabilia, jerseys, t-shirts, and exclusive items.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Guests are not permitted to bring the following items to the Arena:
- Animals, with the exceptions of service animals
- Backpacks
- Bottles or cans
- Coolers
- Camp/folding chairs
- Drones and any other type of UAV
- Fireworks
- Food and drink purchased outside (including alcohol)
- Frisbees and/or beach balls
- Gifts (for artists, athletes or event participants)
- GoPros or another camcorder
- Grills of any size
- Heaters of any kind, including but not limited to propane and electric
- Hoverboards, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates/shoes, wagons
- Illegal drugs
- Inflatables including balloons & beach balls
- Laptops or tablets (unless by a credentialed member of the media)
- Laser pointers
- Luggage
- Poles or sticks of any kind such as flagpoles, broomsticks, selfie sticks
- Tents, tarps, sleeping bags
- Two-way radios
- Noise making devices including, but not limited to: air horns, sirens, whistles, cowbells, megaphones and any other noise/voice amplification device detract from the overall guest experience and interfere with event programming, advertising, and safety announcements. As such, all noise making and amplification devices are prohibited.
- Guests may not carry weapons, firearms, knives, stun guns, pepper spray, mace and/or dangerous devices of any type. No firearms carried by guests are permitted at the Arena with the exception of qualified law enforcement officers who are present at the Arena in a non-working function and have notified the Arena’s Director of Security and Metro Police ahead of the event to be properly verified. Without such verification and approval, such off-duty and qualified law enforcement officers will not be permitted to bring such firearm(s) in the Arena.

Guests found in possession of contraband items will be subject to ejection from the Arena and the contraband items may be confiscated.
RE-ENTRY
The Arena has a no re-entry policy. Guests who need to exit and re-enter due to service animal needs or personal emergencies, must first make contact with event staff at the main entrance to have their ticket scanned out.
STROLLERS
Stroller use is permitted inside Bridgestone Arena, but is restricted to concourse areas. Strollers can be checked in and stored at Guest Services Center built by Cabinets To Go (near section 103).
SMOKING POLICY
The Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, (including but not limited to e-cigarettes and vaping devices) is not allowed on the Arena property.
SHARPS CONTAINERS
Sharps containers are located inside Family Restrooms at Sections 104, 110, 111, 117, 312 and 322.
WATER FOUNTAINS
For your convenience, water fountains are located on all concourse levels throughout the arena. Empty, clear plastic water bottles up to 32 oz. are permitted into Bridgestone Arena.
WHEELCHAIRS
Wheelchairs are available upon request at the Guest Services Center built by Cabinets To Go (near section 103). A photo ID is required as collateral for borrowing a wheelchair. The ID will be exchanged back for the wheelchair when returned.
WI-FI
“SmashvilleFreeWifi” is a free Wi-Fi network for fans to use during their visits to Bridgestone Arena.
Connect to the SmashvilleFreeWifi network by searching for the "SmashvilleFreeWifi" SSID in your settings. After connecting to the network, complete the authentication process by submitting your name and email address (if required).
WILL CALL AT THE BOX OFFICE
Will Call is located just inside the Nissan Main Entrance at Bridgestone Arena (as you enter, on the left side of the box office) near the corner of 5th Avenue and Broadway. Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster, which are held for will call in your name, may be picked up on the day of the event by presenting your photo ID and credit card used to purchase. We will not release will call tickets to any other party than the purchaser unless they have added an alternate pick up name on the tickets.
UMBRELLAS
Small and compact umbrellas are permitted inside Bridgestone Arena.
