Bridgestone Arena is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. All guests shall remain respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons and to comply with Arena policies and emergency response procedures. Bridgestone Arena reserves the right to eject any guests for any reason, including not treating other guests attending the event with dignity and respect.

Accessibility

Bridgestone Arena meets or exceeds all public facility structural and service requirements as set forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Accessible entrances are located at the 5th Avenue Broadway Entrance, the Demonbreun Entrance, and at all five (5) entry points in the 6th Avenue Garage.

Assisted Listening Devices are available upon request from the AT&T Fan Information Center located near Section 103. A Photo ID is required as collateral for using the assisted listening device. The ID will be exchanged back for the device when returned.

Sign Interpreters are available upon request. Interpreters must be requested in advance, two (2) weeks prior to the events. To request a sign interpreter, please call 615.770.2000.

A Telecommunication Display Device (TTD) is available for use at the Arena Event Receptionist Area.

Animals

Animals are not permitted in Bridgestone Arena or Bridgestone Arena Plazas. Exceptions include guide, sign and signal dogs to aid guests with disabilities.

Announcements

​For a $50 donation to the Nashville Predators Foundation, fans can put a greeting on the Megatron during the game. These birthday wishes and happy anniversaries are run once a game during a timeout in game action. We request the Scoreboard Announcement Form to be filled out and submitted at least 72 hours prior to the game. (We do not accept marriage proposals.) Request Form found here.

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices are available upon request from the AT&T Fan Information Center located near Section 103. A Photo ID is required as collateral for using the assisted listening device. The ID will be exchanged back for the device when returned.

Baby Changing Facilities

​Baby change facilities are located in all public restrooms. In addition, family service rooms are located throughout the arena on the Main and Upper Concourses. Bridgestone Arena has a Mother’s Room, featuring rocking chairs and changing tables located on the Club Level, closest to Section 213 and is unlocked for every event and game held at Bridgestone Arena.

Bags

Backpacks and large bags are prohibited from Bridgestone Arena. All items brought are subject to a security search. Diaper bags that fit within the guidelines of the approved bags will be permitted.

Banners, Signs and Flags

​Banners and flags are prohibited from being hung or fastened in Bridgestone Arena or on Bridgestone Arena Plazas. Hand held signs no larger than 2’x3’ are permitted but must meet the following criteria:

  • Signs cannot be distasteful in nature or content
  • Signs cannot obstruct the view of guests
  • Signs cannot be attached to sticks or poles
  • Individual events have the right to revoke this policy without prior notification

Box Office

The Bridgestone Arena box office is located just inside the main entrance of Bridgestone Arena at the corner of 5th and Broadway, downtown Nashville. Parking meters along 5th or along Broadway in front of the arena allow for the nearest parking, but there are also a number of downtown surface lots within easy walking distance. For more information about events at Bridgestone Arena call 615.770.2040.

Hours are Monday-Saturday from 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. On event days, we will remain open until approximately an hour after the event has started. On Sundays, we are only open for events. The Box Office will open 2 hours prior to events starting at 1:00 PM or earlier and at Noon for events starting after 1:00 PM.

Methods of payment accepted at Box Office include: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards must be in your name and presented along with a photo ID.

Camera Policy

Bridgestone Arena Events

Non-professional, non-flash still photography (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens) is permitted at most events. For some events, per the request of the artist(s), cameras of any type may be prohibited. Contact the Box office with questions at 615.770.2040.

Video or audio recording devices, GO Pro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, tablet computers and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses are not permitted inside Bridgestone Arena or on the Plazas.

Nashville Predators Games

Tablet computers are permitted.

Children Tickets

​For all Predators games, concerts and all family shows except Sesame Street Live:

All Children who have not reached their 2nd birthday do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. This policy varies for other events.

Sesame Street Live:

All children who have not reached their first birthday do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 1 year and older require a ticket to enter.

Note: Although Sesame Street Live is the only Family show exercising their right to lower our building policy of 2 years old before requiring a ticket, other Family shows in the future may choose to do so. Please check event information carefully when purchasing.

Community Relations

Penalty Box visits: For a $100 donation to the Nashville Predators Foundation, fans can sit in the Penalty Box during pre-game warmups based on availability. Donation Requests: We require that all donation requests be submitted at www.nashvillepredators.com/donations. The request should include the mission of the organization, date, time, event location, event purpose, how the item will be used, verification of 501(c)3 (non-profit status) if applicable as well as contact name, number, and complete address. We request six weeks notice prior to the event.
Player Appearances: All player, coach, and alumni appearances need to be scheduled at least six weeks prior to an event. Request Guidelines & Instructions can be found here


Give & Go Tickets: The Give & Go ticket program was established to make sure that unused tickets are given to those that normally are unable to attend games. Season Ticket Holders unable to use their tickets for a game or those who wish to purchase tickets to donate can donate them through the Give & Go program and receive a tax credit for their donation. Non-profit Organizations who are interested in attending games can fill out the Give & Go Ticket Application from Community Relations.

Dress Code

Patrons entering the Arena must be properly attired with shoes and a shirt. The items must be worn at all times in the facility.

First Aid

Vanderbilt First Aid Centers are located on the main and upper concourses. The main concourse first aid station is located across from Section 111. The first aid station on the upper concourse is next to Section 311. Trained medical personnel are on staff for every Bridgestone Arena and Bridgestone Arena Plaza event and are available to those needing assistance.

Guest Relations

There is a Guest Relations table located in the arena. It is staffed with knowledgeable Guest Relations Representative who will assist you with your questions and concerns. It is located at AT&T Fan Information near the Main Doors, outside Section 103.

Intoxicated Guests

Intoxicated Guests are not admitted into Bridgestone Arena or Bridgestone Arena Plazas at any time. If you see an intoxicated person enter Bridgestone Arena or Bridgestone Arena Plazas, please contact building security or Metro Police. Intoxicated Guests are subject to ejection from the event. Persons denied entry into the facility would be offered a full refund from Bridgestone Arena box office.

Lexus Lounge

Located on the Performers Level, Lexus Lounge includes a membership roster of the who’s who that help shape Nashville's music, business and political climates. While Lexus Lounge is an exclusive members-only club during hockey games, Lexus Lounge is open to non-members for many Bridgestone Arena events.

Lost & Found

Items found before, during, or after and event should be turned into the AT&T Fan Information Center. Items will then be turned into security, logged in and kept in the security office. Please fill out the form by clicking here if you are missing an item. Items will be held for 14 days and then discarded.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Keep your tickets in a safe place until the event, but if they are lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible. Proof of purchase will be required to receive a lost ticket voucher. On a side note, the sun and heat will severely damage ticket barcodes and printing. Please store in a cool place. ​Bridgestone Arena will not replace any third party tickets that are lost or stolen.

Parking

Fifth Ave. of the Arts Garage
Location: The 5th Ave of the Arts Garage is at the corner of 5th Avenue and Church (up the hill from Bridgestone Arena). Parking is available for all Predators games and may be purchased in advance for $10 here.

First Baptist Church of Nashville
Location: Adjacent to Bridgestone Arena at the corner of 6th Avenue and Demonbreun.
Available for all Bridgestone Arena shows and Predators games, spots in the First Baptist Church lot can be purchased in advance here for $25.


Nissan Stadium Parking

For all Predators home games, Lot R at Nissan Stadium will be open for free parking with optional round trip shuttle service for only $3 per person (pending conflicts with stadium events).


There are 1,075 parking spaces available at this location, which is easily accessible from I-65/I-24 via Exit 84 (Shelby Avenue). On Bridgestone Arena event dates, Lot R will be available from two hours before the event until 2 am. Shuttles will operate on 10-minute loops from two hours before an event until midnight.

 

Music City Center Parking

Location: Adjacent to Bridgestone Arena, the MCC garage may be found within the Music City Center off of 6th Avenue. Parking is available for all Predators games and may be purchased at the garage.

 

 

Parking at Bridgestone Arena

Location: Attached to Bridgestone Arena on the corner of 6th Avenue South and Demonbreun St.

 

Available for all Bridgestone Arena shows and Predators games, spots in the 6th Ave Parking Garage can be purchased at the garage.

 

Pinnacle at Symphony Place Garage

Location: Near the corner of 3rd Ave South and Demonbreun St., two blocks away from Bridgestone Arena.

Available for all Bridgestone Arena shows and Predators games, spots at the Pinnacle Garage can be purchased in advance here.

Strollers

Stroller use is permitted inside Bridgestone Arena but is restricted to concourse areas. Strollers can be checked in and stored at AT&T Fan Information, located outside of Section 103.

Smoking Policy

Bridgestone Arena has two smoking areas for your convenience.

  • Outside on the Nissan main plaza located near Section 120.
  • Saffire Vapor Lounge on the 300 level parking deck located outside of Section 315.

Both locations do not open until the start of the event.
In compliance with Metro Ordinance 10.18.020, Bridgestone Arena is a smoke free facility. This includes electronic cigarettes. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the public areas of Bridgestone Arena by any guest or employee. For further information while on site, visit the AT&T Fan Information Center.

The Team Store is open during games and Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CT).
