ABOUT SABRINA CARPENTER: Two time GRAMMY® award winner, Sabrina Carpenter, has enchanted an audience of millions as a singer, songwriter, actress and style icon. With her music, she has delivered one anthem after another on stage and in the studio, earning multiple gold and multi-platinum certifications, and performing to sold out crowds around the world. On-screen, she has generated mega-fandom through starring roles on television and film. Her second single, “Please Please Please,” was released in June and shot straight up to the top of the charts. The single hit #1 on Spotify’s Global and US charts, #1 on Apple Music and debuted at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 before claiming the #1 spot a week later and went #1 at US Pop Radio. Sabrina made her Saturday Night Live debut in May on the season finale where she performed “Espresso” and “Feather/Nonsense.” In August, she released her highly anticipated sixth studio album, Short n’ Sweet. The album was instantly met with an outpouring of critical acclaim from the likes of the New York Times, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, Variety, and many more. The album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, making it the 3rd biggest first week debut in the US in 2024 and became only the second album that year to spend its first three weeks atop the list. Bag Policy
For enhanced safety and speed of entry, we strongly discourage guests from bringing bags to events. All fans are urged to arrive early and travel light.
If a bag is necessary, the following restrictions and processes apply:
- Backpacks of any size are considered prohibited items and are NOT allowed into the arena.
- Bags that measure larger than 12”x12”x6” are prohibited and are NOT allowed into the arena.
- Bags that measure between 6”x4”x1.5” and 12”x 12”x6” (including clear bags and Nashville Locker Room bags) are subject to x-ray screening and visual inspection.
- Bags that measure smaller than 6” x 4” x 1.5” may proceed through express screening lanes for visual inspection.
- Diaper bags and bags needed for medical reasons are allowed but will be subject to x-ray screening.
- We kindly ask that you reach out to Bridgestone Arena Customer Service (accessibilityservices@powersmgmt.com) 24 hours prior to your event if you want to arrange for additional accommodations before arrival.
Reminder: Patrons with prohibited items will not be permitted entry to the arena. Bridgestone Arena does not provide on-site storage. Guests are asked to plan accordingly and allow for extra time when arriving at Bridgestone Arena.

General Admission Information
The general admission entrance is located next to the Nissan Main Entrance on the main plaza, corner of Rep. John Lewis Way and Broadway. For the health and safety of our guests, camping will NOT be permitted.
Wristbanding for the GA floor will begin at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the show. Numbered wristbands will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis. One wristband per person, must be present to receive a band. Guests are expected to leave the Bridgestone Arena property once they receive their numbered wristband. Guests may return to Bridgestone Arena beginning at 3:00 p.m. when they can line up in numerical order.
Fans who do not receive a numbered wristband will line up at the General Admission Entrance. Only numbered wristbands distributed by Bridgestone Arena will be honored at entry. No other fan numbering systems will be honored by the tour or the venue.
